摘要: Hip loading affects the development of hip osteoarthritis, bone remodelling and osseointegration implants. In this study, we analyzed effect subject-specific modelling geometry joint centre (HJC) location on quantification moments, muscle moments contact forces during gait, using musculoskeletal modelling, inverse dynamic analysis static optimization. For 10 subjects, in terms magnitude orientation were quantified three different model types, each including a amount detail: (1) generic scaled model, (2) with (femoral anteversion, neck-length neck-shaft angle) (3) HJC location. Subject-specific derived from CT. Significant differences found between types location, flexion-extension moment inclination angle total force frontal plane. No agreement was for calculation orientations, moments. Therefore, suggest that personalized models individualized should be used loading. biomechanical analyses aiming to understand modified loading, planning surgery patients detail, related used, needs considered.
