摘要: Despite the fact that infection accompanying actinomycotic organisms is relatively rare, possibility of such should be kept in mind because organism known to commensal oral cavity, lungs, and intestinal tract. Abdominal lesions may mimic a neoplasm many ways--physical findings, clinical course, roentgenographic changes. Since bacterium anaerobic difficult grow on culture, one have rely histologic confirmation for diagnosis. The can usually eradicated by large doses antibiotic (penicillin) over an extended period time.
