摘要: The permeability of the blood-brain barrier to 131I-radioiodinated human serum albumin can be changed by acute administration amphetamine intravenously. In normotensive rats (WKY), response was dose dependent and biphasic. increased doses 7.5 mg/kg or less decreased 15 30 mg/kg. in spontaneously hypertensive (SHR) quite different. greater saline-treated animals than animals. Doses as much 5 caused an increase permeability, but found At from mg/kg, there were no significant changes barrier. There a high correlation between change blood pressure
