摘要: Liver diseases provide a general model for the formal analysis of relative diagnostic weights information obtained from different sources. Diagnosis liver disease has three basic purposes: (1) differentiation hemolytic, parenchymatous, and obstructive jaundice, (2) evaluation course therapeutic success, (3) nature lesion. The capabilities findings to attain these goals can be measured according criteria: selectivity in differential diagnosis etiologic selectivity, sensitivity, specificity with regard morphologic changes. Applying yardsticks signs symptoms, biophysical laboratory establishes: clinical function tests are underpinnings diagnosis, ideal course, laparoscopy biopsy lesion, but imaging procedures frequently simpler means that contribute it.
