摘要: Abstract Thirty hyperlipidaemic patients (19 with type IIA, 4 IIB and 7 IV hyperlipoproteinaemia) were subjected to therapy calcium clofibrate carbonate (4C, 2 + g/day for 6 months) the effect was compared (1C, g/day) which given months as well, in a single-blind placebo-controlled study. 4C 1C decreased total serum cholesterol levels especially subgroups IIA IIB. somewhat more effective than decreasing (VLDL LDL)-cholesterol subgroup IIA. The HDL-cholesterol concentrations ratio of increased during treatment both 4C. increase (vs. placebo) 18%. triglycerides by 33% periods there no significant difference between
