摘要: Fumonisin B1 (FB1) is a Fusarium mycotoxin frequently occurring in corn combination with deoxynivalenol (DON) and zearalenone. The aim of this study was to determine if FB1, alone combined DON or α-zearalenol (ZEA), zearalenone major active metabolite, can affect granulosa cell proliferation, steroid production, gene expression swine. Porcine cells were cultured for 2 days serum-containing medium followed by 1 serum-free without added treatments. had inhibitory effects on proliferation. Deoxynivalenol strongly inhibited growth, no significant difference detected FB1. α-Zearalenol showed stimulatory effect numbers even Regarding FB1 increased progesterone estradiol production. response. its produced additive effects. whereas it decreased production when co-treated found decrease CYP11A1 messenger RNA abundance, the be not dependent 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase activity suggesting that increases through different mechanism. results show these mycotoxins influence porcine proliferation thereby demonstrating their potential reproductive
