摘要: A standardized formulation is introduced for the lineshape problem–the effect of lattice vibrations on exciton absorption, and used in a Monte-Carlo calculation density states absorption spectra regime weak scattering. For direct edge, we obtain asymmetric with strongly decaying low-energy side while high-energy can be approximated by life-time broadened Lorentzian.
