摘要: The structure of ETS-10 was studied by electron microscopy, combining high resolution microscopy(HREM), diffraction(ED) and scanning microscopy(SEM). Strong diffuse scattering is observed in the ED patterns due to extensive faulting nature these faults a manner arrangement are revealed HREM. basic structural unit rod consisting tetrahedral SiO 4 octahedral TiO 6 . From this we can describe structures family polymorphs, many which locally One end member polymorph chiral possesses spiral channel has three dimensional 12-ring pore system containing straight pores twisted faulting.
