摘要: Abstract A sliding pivot technique capable of locating component peak maxima multicomponent spectra is presented. The locations obtained in this way are shown to be the same as those minima second derivative. major advantage over second-derivative test simply that derivative not needed. requires only original spectrum locate and consequently reduces noise enhancement factor. deconvuluted Fourier transform infrared purple membrane analyzed compared a Gaussian analysis analysis. identifies band missed by
