摘要: Abstract The rare earth doped ceramic nanophosphors are emerging as the first priority for future display applications, radiation dosimetry and biomedical imaging techniques due to their meliorated luminescent properties. With addition of element external impurities leads enhancement optical properties phosphors. nanocrystalline phosphor calcium Zirconate (CaZrO3) with Eu3+ co Tb3+ was synthesized using solid-state reaction method. prepared samples characterized by XRD, SEM EDX clearly indicates purity homogeneity samples. FTIR enhanced absorption transmittance characteristics. photoluminescent studies has been reported showing it a promising constituent application.
