摘要: Paclitaxel is provided in a porous matrix form, which allows the drug to be formulated without Cremophor and administered as bolus. The paclitaxel matrices preferably are made using process that includes (i) dissolving volatile solvent form solution, (ii) combining at least one pore forming agent with solution an emulsion, suspension, or second (iii) removing from yield of paclitaxel. can either liquid immiscible solid compound, salt. In preferred embodiment, spray drying used remove solvents agent. microparticles reconstituted aqueous medium parenterally, processed standard techniques into tablets capsules for oral administration.
