Rhodamine-based fluorophores useful as labeling reagents

摘要: Fluorescent dyes based on rhodamine are derivatized to form labeled conjugates that fluoresce upon excitation with light of an appropriate wavelength. Particularly preferred embodiments certain single isomer phosphoramidites. These phosphoramidites enhance the efficiency synthesizing rhodamine-labeled oligonucleotides by solid phase methods. Conjugate invention prevented from being converted a non-fluorescent lactam due having fully substituted amide linkage derived 3-position carboxylate.
