摘要: Purpose Surgery of irradiated tissue has an increased complication rate because the development hypovascular, hypocellular, and hypoxic tissue. This study was undertaken to perform histopathologic histomorphometric analyses irradiation injury in bone surrounding soft tissues. Material Methods The findings 40 human mandibular bones specimens obtained from different patients who underwent surgical procedures for treatment osteoradionecrosis jaws were reviewed. Results Histopathologic examination showed 7 processes following order appearance: hyperemia, endarteritis, thrombosis, cell loss, hypovascularity, increase fat marrow cavity, fibrosis. Histomorphometric analysis significant hypocellularity ( P = .007), hypovascularity Conclusion These results that radiation injuries affect However, irradiation-induced injuries, such as cellular loss (hypocellularity) fibrosis, more expressive than
