摘要: UNLABELLED A major barrier to employment for people with mental illness is limited access supportive and non-discriminatory workplaces. Social firms are businesses committed employing up 50% of a disability or other disadvantage providing work environments that benefit workers. Little research has been conducted understand the features social processes support vocational experiences employees health issues in firms. OBJECTIVE This ethnographic study sought explore nine at one Australian firm. PARTICIPANTS Nine firm, without illness.
