摘要: Introduction. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement is an important therapeutic option for stenosis (AS) patients who have high surgical risk. TAVR a complex procedure. Proper preparation of the patient significant importance final success and affects morbidity mortality directly. Pre-TAVR computed tomography one corner stones these steps, many get some incidental diagnoses. Materials Methods. In this trial, we investigated 155 had underwent between February 2013 March 2017 at Hacettepe University Adult Hospital Cardiology Clinic. Results. Total number diagnoses was 541, 451 them were first cardiovascular findings noncardiovascular 369 172, respectively. The most common finding atherosclerotic heart disease (139, 89.6%). pulmonary nodule (41, 26.4%). 143 least diagnosis after reassessment, 33 different identified with tomography. mean STS-PROM 8.38% (range 2.8% to 23%), calculated 9.4% 3.6% 23%) reassessment Conclusion. Preprocedural evaluation steps in TAVR. Computed imaging provides extensive information, not only procedure planning. Our emphasize that has crucial role preprocedural candidates.
