摘要: Summary The utility of the method electrophoresis-convection in immunological investigations on limited amounts material has been demonstrated by fractionation an Rh antiserum. resulting serum fractions have characterized electrophoretically and serologically. At least a considerable portion blocking antibody appeared to be associated with γ-globulin fraction low mobility. In contrast this, cryptagglutinoid antibodies were distributed throughout γ-globulin. About 25% cryptagglutinoids also α- and/or β-globulins.
