摘要: Abstract Background Several groups have reported that an elevated ratio of early (E) to late (A) diastolic filling velocities is observed in patients after heart transplantation. However, the mechanism has not been fully analyzed. Methods Serial echocardiography and hemodynamic study were performed 16 who had received transplantation no evidence rejection during 1 month operation. Results On Day surgery, E/A was higher peak velocity A wave lower than normal range among gradually normalized moth surgery. Meanwhile, mitral annular pulmonary capillary wedge pressure remained within period. Conclusions Longer ischemic time procedure may cause atrial stunning, but it appears recover month. We be alert misinterpretation this “psuedo-psuedonormal” inflow pattern
