摘要: HLA antigens and clinical features in a series of 46 Caucasian patients (40 females, 6 males) definite repeatedly seronegative rheumatoid arthritis (RA) more than two years' duration (mean 11.6 years) were compared with those 77 seropositive RA 110 controls the same ethnic geographic origin. Seronegative appeared to be less often erosive RA, had fewer extra-articular features. The frequency antigen DR1 was raised as (p = 0.006, relative risk 3) 0.05). HLA-DR4 slightly increased 0.05) but clearly so 0.005). Early onset disease very significantly associated HLA-DR1 0.007), whereas present frequently prior age 35 No correlation between intolerance drugs found patients, side effects gold salts DR3. These results suggest that have distinct HLA-DR associations, especially early onset, addition well established differences.
