摘要: Abstract Sera from 65 persons with clinical brucellosis were employed in a comparison of standard and rapid serological tests. The results obtained the Rose Bengal test correlated very well those tube agglutination test, whereas plate Coombs (antiglobulin) inferior. Absorption patients' sera specific anti-human immunoglobulin showed that IgM was active but not IgG IgA both In addition to A & M antigen, which plays most important role agglutination, Bengal, tests, other antigenic fractions Brucella examined precipitation protein antigen reacted 94% counter-immunoelectrophoresis. On basis groups sera, counter-immunoelectrophoresis appear be promising methods for diagnosing brucellosis. tests differ qualitatively since different antigens are employed.
