摘要: A method includes receiving non-elastic traffic into a cellular network serving users; varying long-term dissatisfaction of the users with dynamic resource allocations during overload network, long term being measured by at least one function number times user from receives bad quality service and level deterioration to user; influencing satisfied responsive dissatisfaction.
