摘要: A method for addressing high Work In Process (WIP) conditions increasing throughput while minimizing risk in a manufacturing line. Selected products to be skipped over during WIP include determining toolsets having work process exceeding certain threshold. For each of the toolsets, which meet criteria skipping are selected. The selected skip toolset used subsequent step ahead product failing skipping. Solutions this problem also current step, nominal and steps. Candidate lots steps identified by referencing matrix parameters that includes yield criticality.
