摘要: It is argued that formal, man-made systems tend to be perceived as inequitable by individuals transacting with them. More specifically, (a) special purpose tools, often deal poorly wit/i complexity and dynamism; (b) interacting subsystems, frequently relegate clients' needs mapped interfaces between subsystems; (c) arbiters of meaning, stereotype quantities; (d) regulators behavior, put internal above needs; (e) mass producers, reify procedures; (n symbols, neglect substance; (g) amoral entities, common moral ethical principles. Further, cognitive motivational biases predispose system clients view much less equitable than do administrators.
