摘要: Provided are methods for preparing chemically modified lipids. The lipids obtained from heterotrophically cultured microalgae and subjected to a transesterification or interesterification reaction. include those the genus Parachlorella, Prototheca, Chlorella , strains having at least 85% nucleotide sequence identity in 23S rRNA sequences Prototheca strain that bioreactor substantially absence of light.
