摘要: Neuroimaging plays a vital role when designing clinical trial to study tumors, degenerative diseases, stroke, and autoimmune disorders of the central nervous system. Standardization diagnostic criteria analysis techniques report severity disease serve as objective judge outcome in these studies. This chapter will review main imaging tools used neuroimaging measurement evaluate investigations neuro-oncology, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease. also provide brief pathologies better understanding topics most commonly investigated with neuroimaging.
