摘要: Abstract H2S sensing characteristics of pure and Au modified Fe2O3 thin films have been investigated. were realized in two steps; first Fe deposited using electron-beam evaporation method subsequently subjected to oxidation at 800 °C O2 environment. Surface modification with was achieved by employing RF sputtering. Both samples exhibited an n-type conductivity pattern. Modification 2.33 at% resulted enhanced response 538% towards 10 ppm 250 °C, recovery times 1.65 27 min, respectively. The has attributed mainly the dual role i.e., forming nano-Schottky barriers host matrix as a promoter for spillover effect.
