摘要: Abstract A new mode of dispersive solid phase extraction based on ferrofluid has been developed. In this method, an appropriate amount is injected rapidly into the aqueous sample by a syringe. Since sorbent highly dispersed in phase, can be achieved within few seconds. The attracted magnet and no centrifugation step needed for separation. Palladium was used as model compound development evaluation procedure combination with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. experimental parameters (pH, DDTC concentration, type concentration eluent, adsorbent, time, effect interfering ions) were investigated detail. Under optimized conditions, calibration graph linear over range 1–100 μg L−1 relative standard deviation 3.3% at 0.1 μg mL−1 obtained (n=7). limit detection enrichment factor (EF) to 0.35 μg L−1 267, respectively. maximum adsorption capacity adsorbent optimum conditions found 24.6 mg g−1 Pd(II). method validated using certified reference material, applied determination trace Pd(II) actual samples satisfactory results.
