Rétinopathie de haute altitude : à propos de 3 cas

摘要: Resume But Rapporter 3 cas de patients consultant pour baisse l’acuite visuelle apparue lors d’un trek en haute altitude. Observations Trois âges 25 a 52 ans ont presente une d’acuite au retour d’une ascension altitude des sommets plus 6000 m. L’examen retrouvait hemorragies retiniennes, toutes situees dans le pole posterieur, qui entierement regresse sans sequelles bout 2 mois. Discussion L’exposition hypoxie hypobare conduit mecanismes d’adaptation afin maintenir bonne oxygenation la retine. Certaines personnes reponse regulation inadequate et developpent signes retinopathie (RHA) comprenant souvent parfois intravitreennes, pouvant etre associees un œdeme papillaire ou occlusion veineuse retinienne. La physiopathologie RHA reste mal elucidee. Les facteurs risque identifies sont l’altitude > 4000 m, rapidite d’ascension sensibilite personnelle. L’association avec les autres manifestations maladie controversee. Conclusion est pathologie sous-estimee, asymptomatique spontanement regressive. Une autoregulation inadaptee stress hypoxique semble l’origine survenue RHA.
