摘要: Abstract According to recent estimates, over one third of the human population will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lifetime. While genetic factors play a large part risk, as much 50 % cancers may preventable through various lifestyle modifications. Nutrition is major modifiable risk factor, both its impacts on obesity well dietary chemical exposures that can either increase or decrease risk. However, specific associations and mechanistic links between diet are inconsistent elusive. New insights regarding reciprocal interactions gut microbiota, trillions organisms reside our intestines, help clarify how cancer. The microbiota largely shaped by an individual’s has far-reaching effects metabolism, immune system, inflammation- important development progression cancers. Likewise, modifies components, consequently, exposure metabolites influence This review explores these diet-microbiota context potential prevention.
