摘要: ✓ Fifty-two patients with acute traumatic bilateral locked facets were treated at one trauma center during a 3½-year period (July, 1987, to December, 1990). The presented complete motor quadriplegia (34 cases), incomplete myelopathy (13 or intact long-tract function (five cases). injuries occurred C2–3 (one patient, function), C4–5 (12 patients), C5–6 (16 C6–7 (19 and C7—T1 (four patients).
