摘要: Mass spectrometry (MS) has become an important technique to identify microbial biomarkers. The rapid and accurate MS identification of microorganisms without any extensive pretreatment samples is now possible. This review summarizes methods that are currently utilized in analyses. Affinity effective clean, enrich, investigate from complex matrices. Functionalized magnetic nanoparticles might concentrate traces target sample solutions. Therefore, nanoparticle-based techniques have a favorable detection limit. coupled with various chromatographic techniques, such as liquid chromatography capillary electrophoresis, reduces the complexity biomarkers yields reliable results. direct analysis whole pathogenic cells matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization separation reveals specific for taxonomy, advantages simplicity, rapidity, high-throughput measurements. polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-amplified nucleic acids provides alternative biomarker analysis. will conclude some current applications pathogens.
