摘要: EEG recording involves having subjects sit on a chair for couple of hours without being allowed to move and asked repeatedly perform various mental, computational, motor imaginary or any other tasks some specific amount time. This is time consuming, boring complicated procedure during which there no guarantee that the subject will maintain proper level concentration requested task at all times, this apart from possible muscle activity might be accidentally generated. cause complications in terms generating signals do not necessarily contain useful information classification whole duration. effect more likely appear recordings period longer than usual as dataset IVa BCI competition III duration set 3.5s. study investigate impact fragments performance. The idea improve performance by providing higher segments signal we assume had better task. results indicate importance middle end sub-epochs while it illustrate lower earlier sub-windows.
