摘要: Abstract A phenyl group was appended to the epoxy-group-containing polymer chain grafted onto pore surface of a porous hollow-fiber membrane for hydrophobic interaction chromatography. For introduction at density sufficient protein collection, glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) immersed in 1 M phenol aqueous solution whose pH ranged from 9 13. bovine serum albumin (BSA) buffer containing 2 (NH 4 ) SO forced permeate through resultant (Ph fiber). The Ph fiber prepared lower provided higher elution percentage BSA when performed with an -free buffer. Introduction high upper part shrinking graft layer demonstrated based on determination water breakthrough pressure dried fiber, resulting BSA.
