摘要: The immune system and metabolism are highly integrated multilevel interactions between metabolic T lymphocyte signaling fate exist. Accumulating evidence indicate that the regulation of nutrient uptake utilization in cells is critically important for control their differentiation, manipulating pathways these can shape function survival. This review will discuss some potential cell involved shaping differentiation. It also describes how subsets have specific requirements signalling contribute to respective function. Examples showing apparent similarity cancer during activation illustrated finally mechanisms being used by tumour microenvironment orchestrate T-cell dysregulation subsequent emergence suppression discussed. We believe targeting may provide an additional opportunity manipulate development novel therapeutics.
