摘要: Separation of homogenates human polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) into different fractions by sedimentation in centrifugal fields that ranged from 126 × g to 50,000 resulted a differential distribution the lysosomal enzymes. Peroxidase, lysozyme, beta-glucuronidase, and acid phosphatase activity were separated each other. This demonstrates lysosomes PMN comprise at least three possibly four physically chemically cytoplasmic particles. Proteins which are more cationic than lysozyme may be analogous protein rabbit associated with beta-glucuronidase rich granules. Antibacterial was present five cell this work produced. These results significant because they differ those obtained rabbits directly influence future experimental design interpretation, attempts analyze antibacterial, scavenging, inflammatory capacities PMN. Since physically, biochemically, morphologically, well respect their function Images
