摘要: Abstract In order to achieve valid assessments of folate status, food composition data needs be expressed in the same chemical form and units as recommendations for intakes. Dietary (e.g. both naturally occurring synthetic folic acid) supplemental acid intakes were assessed twice a cross-sectional study, using validated dietary assessment method, Food Choice Map, two databases: Canadian Nutrient File (CNF 2001), where was μg, an updated version CNF 2001, equivalents (DFEs).
