摘要: Abstract The present paper brings out the results concerning preparation and optical properties of Sm 3+ Dy each ion separately in four different concentrations (0.1, 0.5, 1.0 1.5 mol%) also together doped (1 mol% Dy + x mol% Sm ): Li 2 O–LiF–B O 3 –CdO (where =0.1, glasses by a melt quenching method. base have displayed an intense orange emission at 602 nm ( 4 G 5/2 → 6 H 7/2 ) with excitation 403 nm shown two emissions located 486 nm F 9/2 15/2 ; blue 577 nm 13/2 yellow λ exci =387 nm. co-doped (Dy +Sm lithium fluoro-boro cadmium been excited 387 nm which has resulted significant reduction emission, same time there exists increase reddish-orange due to energy transfer from . non-radiative is governed dipole–quadrupole interactions as explained terms their spectra, donor lifetime, level diagram characteristic factors.
