摘要: The research investigates aplication requirements in developing multimedia-based instructional media among ICTL teachers. outcome of the becomes guideline media. Qulitative methodology was implemented throughout research. Interview five samples carried out obtaining information. result emphasizes importance providing maximum impact towards teaching and learning. suggests major elements; psychology learning, pedagogy, technology, design process learner’s needs are blended together producing quality is hoped to benefit educators, multimedia designers authorities involved It intended contribute enhancing hence, upgrading national education quality.
