摘要: Attention has focused more and on a better understanding of relationships between climate human activity. Impacts variability activities considered priority by many decision makers, should be estimated even if they require measurements that are not yet available (Maunder, 1995). One the four components Second World Climate Programme established at conclusion Conference held in Geneva 1990, involves studies aimed assessing impacts. This programme includes both present state impacts as well their future development under 2XCO2 induced global warming (WMO 1979, 1982, 1990).
