摘要: Our society is highly dependent on mobile communications. However, coverage to devices may be inadequate in a variety of infrastructure and outage circumstances. In particular, disaster scenarios both victims rescuers need network access the outside world aid search rescue operation, while local wireless infrastructures have been damaged.
