摘要: Plant genetic engineering, a recent technological advancement in the field of plant science, is an important tool used to improve crop quality and yield, enhance secondary metabolite content medicinal plants or develop crops for sustainable agriculture. A new approach based on nanoparticle-mediated gene transformation can overcome obstacle cell wall accurately transfer DNA RNA into produce transient stable transformation. In this review, several nanoparticle-based approaches are discussed, taking account advances challenges hint at potential applications these transgenic improvement programs. This review also highlights implementing engineering. technology that improves efficiency overcomes difficulties regeneration has been established will be de novo production plants, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing accelerated improvement.
