摘要: Abstract Spatial dynamics of tour bus operations have long presented challenges for urban destinations, with visitor feedback rather than systematic onsite documentation typically used to identify problems. Applying normative evaluation and innovative capacity, were assessed in the National Mall Memorial Parks Washington, District Columbia (USA) determine how best respond ongoing associated traffic congestion, safety air quality. A total 1457 buses documented over eight days data collection, representing an estimated 37,265 passengers. Findings suggest order communities successfully affect change, they must include endogenous (solutions generated from within agency) exogenous outside management strategies. The methodology employed range solutions discussed are generalizable any tourism destination reliant on transport.
