摘要: Due to regulation by circadian rhythm, the lactation of mammary gland has rhythmicity. As one prominent members period protein family which regulates biological rhythms, PER2 plays an important role in developing milk duct and maintaining polarity morphology epithelium; at same time, it is also closely related with metabolism fat. This paper summarized recent researches on gene development provide some information for studies theory technology physiological functions quality control.
