摘要: A novel oncogene has been recently found activated in human thyroid carcinomas. This was named RET/PTC and shown to be a chimeric gene, product of the fusion tyrosinekinase domain or RET proto-oncogene 5’-terminal region another gene H4 D10S170. paracentric inversion (10) (q 11.2-21) demonstrated responsible for H4/RET fusion.
