摘要: Plasmodium, one of the most important members Apicomplexan protozoans imposes a significant economic and health impact on human populations around world. Plasmodium parasite has complex life cycle with morphologically distinct asexual sexual developmental stages in host Anopheline mosquito vector. The parasites undergo rapid transition between morphological states antigenic variation order to sustain chronic infection immune evasion host. To achieve all these, adopt various regulatory pathways including transcriptional posttranscriptional regulation gene expression, translational repression posttranslational modification proteins. These modes help respond conditions during an acute stage or parasite.
