摘要: The invention relates to method for modulating the degree of phosphorylation starch in plants by changing allele composition alpha-glucan water dikinase (GWD) gene. A decrease amount (dosage) and/or an increase C H infer phosphate content starch. shifts can be established means breeding, such as introgression, or transgenic means, homologous recombination.
