摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial resistance tetracycline and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole prevalence corresponding resistant genes aerobic bacteria isolated from cooked meat products in Guangzhou. Among 169 tested isolates, 55 (32.5%) exhibited 40 (23.7%) were trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. genes, tetM (14.2%) found highest frequency followed by tetA (10.1%), tetS (5.9%), tetB (2.9%). sulI (10.6%) observed which twofold higher than sulII (5.3%). Multiple detected 19 (11.2%) bacteria. One strain Citrobacter freundii one Escherichia coli contained five genes. presence isolates meats indicate that these may act as a reservoir could play role dissemination along food chain.
