摘要: In recent years great strides have been made in developing genetic systems for the analysis of various aspects cyanobacterial physiology and development. Transformation, electroporation conjugation provide effective means gene transfer diverse strains. Gene transfer, combined with ability to clone inactivate genes cyanobacteria, has opened door advanced studies photosynthesis, nitrogen fixation, heterocyst development metabolism these unique important procaryotic microorganisms.
