摘要: Both the helicity and π–conjugated structure of helicenes endow them with a wide range potential applications in molecular recognition fluorescent sensing, environmentally responsive switches, especially chiral chiroptical switches. Thus, helicene crown ethers toward racemic amine salts, diacids by helicopodand, between BINOL-modified Au nanoparticles Helquat via donor–acceptor interactions, quinone radical anion BINAPO were sequentially found. It was also found that stereoregular helical acetylenes [6]helicene units as pendants generated Rh-catalyzed polymerization display ability to adsorb one enantiomer preferentially mixture solution. Moreover, 2,15-dihydroxyl[6]helicene fluorescence sensor for amines aminoalcohols, diaza[4]helicenes pyridine amino moieties pH-sensitive tetrahydro[5]helicene thioimide-based chemodosimeter Hg2+, humidity based on [6]helicene-derived imidazolium salt developed. Recently, series fast-responsive explosive sensors [5]helicenes reported well. Furthermore, their derivatives can be applied design development various acid-base redox-responsive photo-responsive
