摘要: Abstract The nerves in human submandibular and parotid glands were similar distribution appearance. No specialized “nerve endings”, nor any axons beneath the parenchymal basement membrane, detected. Neuro-effector sites are thought to occur where an axon—partially bared of Schwann cell—has its free surface relatively close approximation effector cell. Such seen frequently association with acini, myoepithelia, intercalary ducts muscular blood vessels, somewhat less often striated rarely by collecting ducts. principal innervation was cholinergic but many adrenergic also present. sensory structures observed.
