摘要: Abstract Corrosion and erosion–corrosion (E–C) behaviour of the AC-HVAF sprayed FeCrMoMnWBCSi amorphous metallic coating (AMC) were investigated. Compared with HVOF AMC, AMC presents relatively denser structure lower porosity almost nonexistent oxides, which holds higher ability to resist uniform corrosion pitting owing impact low donor density in passive film. The enhanced E–C resistance could be related high hardness compact resulting erosion synergy weight loss.
